I’ve read a Reddit post about how it’s difficult for some to concentrate on reading during this lockdown. This made me think. Before the lockdown, I was thinking of how much extra time I would have to read my books.

Ironically, since the lockdown started I haven’t read any of my books. I’m still reading Dune just before the lockdown. My goal is to finish it just before the movie gets released at the end of the year. Sadly, since the lockdown started, I haven’t gone back to Dune.
So I agree with the Reddit poster. It’s harder for me to concentrate on my reading now because of the lockdown. The stress of not knowing what will happen next adds to the tension.
How about you guys? Do you find reading during the lockdown easier or much more challenging?
Same thing holds true with me. I haven’t started any new book ever since this lockdown began. No idea why… I love reading; it’s one of my passions, but I find it hard even to choose a book in my library. Plus, before the quarantine started, I was reading 4 or 5 books at the same time. Now, I’m finding it hard to finish even just one of them. Weird…
