Comixology is my go to online store when buying digital comics. They always have these weekly sales where you can buy comics at great discounts. Thanks to the lockdown I now have time to read my digital collection. I’ve been reading comics for a long time now and I thought I’ve seen and read them all, until I stumbled upon Batman: White Knight. This is not your ordinary Batman story and it’s one of the best that I’ve read.

It starts with the Joker, visiting Batman in Arkham Asylum. Batman is all chained up as the Joker approached him and asked for his help. Crazy, I know. You have to read it for yourself to believe it.
I won’t go into spoiler territory but here are the good and bad points of Batman: White Knight
Good Points:
- The story and the art. It’s by Sean Murphy. ‘Nuff said.
- If you’re a Batman fan, you’ll enjoy lots of easter eggs. And I mean lots!
- Again, the story and the art — Intense action, sharp dialog and even some really emotional moments. It’s so good!
Bad Points:
- It ended quickly but at least there’s already a sequel. Will need to read that.
- Not so much.
Before I go, I have to show you this page. Can you identify all the easter eggs here?

And check out the cover page again. There are more easter eggs there.
Comixology is my go-to as well and I’ve likewise during lockdown been working my way through a huge backlog of digital collections – I have White Knight queued up! Glad to hear it’s as good as I hear – some good Easter eggs, Batmobiles!

Yup same here. My TBR pile of digital comics is getting big. Need to read them now that we have extra time because of the lockdown.
